Shipping policy

  Morgana Soaps offer reliable, Australia-wide delivery from Tasmania using Australia Post. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

. Flate Rate Shipping:up to 5kg =  $12.95

. Free Shipping: On all orders over $60.00

Orders with a weight of more than 5Kg may be sent in multiple parcels 

Express Shipping is not available at this time

Estimated Delivery Times (from Tasmania)

. Tas: 1-3 business days

. Vic: 2-5 business days

. NSW,SA,ACT: 3-6 business days

. WA, NT: 5-10 business dayS  

Please Note: Delivery time frames are estimates provided by Australia Post.

Remote and regional areas may take longer.  

Order Processing

. Orders placed before 12:00PM (AEST) are dispatched on the next Monday, Wednesday or Friday

. Orders are shipped by 4.00PM on dispatch days

. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped 

Packaging

We take care to package all orders securely using eco friendly protective materials to avoid damage during transit. All orders are packed within boxes and then placed in Australia Post Flat Rate Satchels.  Whilst our satchels are, due to cost not biodegradable, we strive to minimise excess packaging and are exploring more sustainable options in the future. Whenever possible, we reuse and recycle materials. to reduce our environmental impact without affecting health and safety standards. 

Authority to Leave (ATL)

At checkout, you can choose Authority to Leave to have your parcel delivered without a signature.

By selecting ATL, you agree to Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it.

Please Note:

. Once delivered with ATL, we are not liable for loss, theft or damage.  Due to the potential adverse environmental affect on Bath and Body Product we do not advise you select ATL. 

. If no safe place is found or ATL is not selected, a collection card will be left for pickup at your local Post Office

. ATL may not be available for all addresses or order types (e.g. large or high value parcels)

If you have specific delivery instructions please include then during checkout.

Important Shipping Information

 . Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information or incomplete shipping information.  If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, the cost of the order will be refunded less any shipping charges incurred by Morgana Soaps.

. All deliveries are handled by Australia Post and follow their Parcel Shipping Guide

International shipping is not available due to other countries regulations and prohibitive costs
