Refund policy

Morgana Soaps will comply with the Australian Statutory Legal Requirements in regard to products deemed faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any seal intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.   

To start a return, please contact us at avril@morganasoaps.com.au. Giving details of the fault and include photos. Please do not return any item prior to contacting us for instructions on how to return.

Please note:- items sent back prior to first contacting us will not be refunded or returned. 


If your return is accepted, you will either be provided with a replacement or a refund for the cost of the item only.  Morgana soaps will not refund the cost of postage in any refund.  

For items to be returned we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Note:- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and, personal care goods (such as Bath & Body products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Change of mind, we do not give refunds for any change of mind.  Please ensure you read the product description & ingredients prior to purchase. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us so the item can be assessed and if deemed applicable, return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email and made an assessment, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved:-   refunds will be issued on your original payment method  within 10 business days.  If you purchased using a credit card you will be required to give the same credit card details for the refund to proceed.   

OR

If you choose replacement, the product will be replaced and shipped to you using the same shipping policy.  

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
